Gaurav is a Civil Engineer with Master's in Geotechnical Engineering from IIT Bombay and one of the co-founders of Baseline. He has more than 19 years of experience in Project execution and design, working with corporates like BHEL and Larsen & Toubro in large projects pertaining to sub-stations and thermal power plants. His contribution to the design feasibility of Sikkim Airport project is one of the key achievements.
An astute professional with sound understanding of project management processes, he ensures the team is oriented towards customer satisfaction. Having clear understanding of business and working with cross functional domains, he is one of the prime movers at Baseline.  

Saurabh is one of the co-founders of Baseline. Learning from the vivid experience he has had, starting from Shipboard operation & maintenance, management of large scale projects of Port, Power and Industrial construction. His high cultural sensitivity due to being extensively travelled around the globe makes him adept in working comfortably with people of various nationalities.
As a Mechanical Engineer with MBA in operations & finance, he brings to the table immense understanding of systems & processes to guide the projects from concept to commissioning. Poised with a strong business acumen and immaculate people management skills, he infuses best management practices in operations of Baseline.  

Vikas is a Civil Engineer with 7 years experience in construction having good exposure in Civil and Structural Construction, Project management, Costing & billing, Labor Management, and Quality control.
His understanding of subject and confidence in his abilities keep him cool in every odd circumstances during project execution.  

Bhavesh is B.E. in Computer Science having 11 years of experience in handling Software Projects, Database Systems, Networking and Computer hardware.
His prior experience has been in development of software projects in various sectors e.g. - Telecom, Logistics, Social media, Job portal, Shopping cart, Helpdesk system and ERP.  

Rahul is hands on in electrical project execution work and has 6-year experience in this field. He is good at project planning, material management, labour management. He also has fair experience in material Purchase and Costing. His dedication to the work and his in-depth understanding of the subject makes him a very valuable team member. 

A young and vibrant electrical engineer with 2 years of electrical design experience in Power plants. 

Jayket Sachapara is a young and energetic civil engineer with a Masters in Infrastructure Management who is adept in civil design, quantity estimation, and tendering with sharp skills in MS Project, MS Office, & AutoCAD.
